Question by TonWon: if i take my gucci watch to a jewler to question its authenticity, can the jewler confiscate it if its fake?
i found this watch and i wanna know if its fake or not. dont wanna have it taken though. i live in philadelphia pa.

no, they have no right to take it away from you.
You can sue if they do not since it would be stealing property.

they can’t take it away. but i would just take it to the gucci store. i think they have on one walnut.
my mom took a gucci bag she got off ebay from there and they confirmed it was real.
