I’d think any watch repair store could supply you with the proper battery. If not, try a jewelry store.

Since you don’t have the old battery some jewellers/watch repairers will not know what replacement to use.
If you measure the diameter and depth of the battery receptacle then the correct type can be found in the wiki.
